2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
• Refunds depend on how far in advance the cancellation is made:
  • More than 30 days before departure: full refund minus bank/transaction fees.
  • 15–30 days: 50% refund.
  • Less than 15 days: no refund.

3. Travel Documents

• It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents.
• NJ Tours Dahabiya is not liable for missed trips due to documentation issues.

4. Insurance

• We strongly recommend all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering personal health, accidents, loss, and cancellations.

5. Itinerary Changes

• NJ Tours Dahabiya reserves the right to modify or adjust itineraries due to weather, navigation conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must comply with all safety instructions on board.
• NJ Tours reserves the right to remove any guest whose behavior may harm themselves, other passengers, or staff.
